Are those wedding bells we hear? Nicki Minaj set Twitter ablaze Sunday with rumors that she and Meek Mill are tying the knot. The award-winning rapper looked to her fans on the social media site for help pinning down perhaps one of the most challenging, and important, details of any wedding ceremony — but was it a sign?

As was reported by E! Online, Minaj, 33, shocked her 20 million followers when she posted a poll, asking if they favored a traditional church service or beach wedding. The "Anaconda" rapper told her those in favor of a beach wedding to retweet her post and those who liked church ceremonies to "fave" the tweet. Within a few short hours more then 20,000 people had cast their votes, with the majority suggesting a coastal venue. Minaj has chosen not to elaborate any further on her possible wedding plans.

This is hardly the first time rumors have swirled suggesting Minaj and Meek Mill, 28, were headed down the aisle. On Dec. 10 the Queens, New York, native responded to speculation that she'd been proposed to by her "Dreams and Nightmares" rapper boyfriend after posting a photo of a very large diamond ring on Instagram. In an interview with Billboard magazine Minaj assured fans that they were "not engaged," adding that Meek Mill wants to give her three different rings before popping the question. The ring in question is the second of two rings she's been given throughout their relationship thus far.

In September, Minaj was gifted with a massive 15-karat heart-shaped diamond ring that was rumored to be an engagement ring. The yellow diamond making up the ring's center stone was given an estimated value of about $500,000, though it was believed that it may have been worth even more.
