When and where: The Barclays Premier League match kicks-off from the Hawthorns at 10 a.m. ET. A live stream will be available via a subscription to FoxSoccer2Go.

Preview: Although the club has had far more glamorous matchups in recent seasons, Sunday's trip to West Brom represents arguably Arsenal's most important game in several years. A win and the Gunners are guaranteed Champions League qualification for the 15th-straight season. Anything less, though, and they will desperately be relying on results elsewhere and may even have to wait until the Champions League final next week to discover their fate.

After a resurgent second half of the season that saw Arsenal as virtual certainties for third spot just a few weeks ago, the team's form has tailed off dramatically. Without a win in their last four matches, Arsene Wenger's side must rediscover their best to prevent a collapse that may live long in the memory of the Emirates faithful.

If Arsenal fails to beat West Brom then both Tottenham and Newcastle are within striking distance to jump them in the league standings.

It is difficult to know the nature of the West Brom side that Arsenal will come up against on the final day of the season. With new England boss Roy Hodgson taking charge of the team for the final time, his players could go all out for their manager, or they may have already switched off in the knowledge that they have nothing to play for and a new coach soon to arrive

Team News: Chris Brunt will be missing for the home side after having his tonsils removed in the week. Striker Peter Odemwingie and winger Jerome Thomas are doubts with injury and illness, respectively.

Arsenal will be missing Bacary Sagna after the right-back suffered a broken leg in the 3-3 draw with Norwich last time out. Theo Walcott is likely to return from his hamstring injury.

West Brom (probable, 4-4-2): Foster; Jones, Olsson, McAuley, Ridgewell; Morrison, Scharner, Mulumbu, Dorrans; Fortune, Long.

Arsenal (probable, 4-2-3-1): Szczesny; Coquelin, Koscielny, Vermaelen, Gibbs; Song, Ramsey; Walcott, Rosicky, Benayoun; Van Persie.

Prediction: Arsenal has sorely missed the influence and passing ability of Mikel Arteta in midfield and it is no coincidence that the sides' dip in form has coincided with the Spaniard's season-ending injury. This could be a hugely nerve-racking match for Arsenal against a West Brom side that showed they are still competing this season with a comeback from two goals down against Bolton last week.

But defeat for Arsenal remains unthinkable and with Robin van Persie in their side they should just do enough to get a priceless victory.
