Mel Gibson is putting his Spanish-style Malibu estate on sale for $14.5 million.

This is the house where he and Robyn raised their seven children. This is the second time the house has been on the market.

A year ago Gibson and Robyn put the house on the market for the same price, but recently removed it.

TMZ reported that Gibson and Robyn wanted to spruce it up and re-list it.

According to TMZ, the property is 5,403 square feet and sits on 2.57 acres. The house includes six bedrooms and six bathrooms.

The main house includes a large kitchen and open plan breakfast room and family room. It also has a library, a media/music room, an office and an exercise room.

The 55-year-old actor bought the property in January 1993.

Last December the actor sold his Costa Rica property for $35 million and then last June he sold his Greenwich, Connecticut estate for $24 million.
