JoJo Fletcher has all eyes on her as she continues her journey to find love on this season of ABC’s “The Bachelorette,” so it only makes sense that she would want to look her best. The 25-year-old real estate developer-turned-reality star recently dished on her diet and workout secrets in an interview.

Speaking with Us Weekly, JoJo revealed that she tries to go to the gym a few times a week. “I do a lot of cardio, like the StairMaster and spin classes,” she said. The Texas native also said she likes exercising outdoors and often goes for a run with her dog, Jackson.

In addition to making sure she hits the gym, JoJo told the magazine she tries to stick to a fairly healthy diet, but she admitted that she does let herself have cheat days. “I love food too much,” she said. “I love Mexican food and truffle mac ‘n’ cheese — anything cheesy!”

JoJo said she does try to cook at home when she finds the time because she can’t “eat out every single day.” She explained, “It’s easy to grill a piece of chicken and steam broccoli. I eat healthy, and then I’ll have a cheat day.”

On Thursday, JoJo joked about her struggles with maintaining a healthy diet, retweeting a fan who wrote, “If only pizza was healthy.” JoJo replied, “The struggle.”

Even though JoJo told Us Weekly she sometimes cooks at home, the reality star previously admitted that her skills in the kitchen aren’t the greatest and she considers herself an “average” cook. “I can kill a quesadilla though,” she said (via Wonderwall).

“The Bachelorette” airs Mondays at 8 p.m. EDT on ABC.
