Backstreet Boy Brian Littrell was infected with Swine Flu, the singer's representative said, according to People Magazine.

The Backstreet Boys had to cancel several appearances in New York because of Littrell's illness. The rest of the band's singers have been prescribed with Tamiflu to prevent infection.

Their seventh album, This is Us is set for release tomorrow.
