The next trailer for “Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice” will be shown at the San Diego Comic-Con, Warner Bros. announced recently. The action figures from the movie franchise will include a Wonder Woman Barbie, a new report reveals.
Warner Bros. Pictures has announced on its official website that the filmmakers are “keen to deliver a taste” of their next DC movie. Director Zack Snyder will take the stage at the Comic-Con panel and will be flanked by the two main cast members Ben Affleck (Batman) and Henry Cavill (Superman.)
Some of the other cast members on the panel will be Amy Adams (Lois Lane,) Jesse Eisenberg (Lex Luthor,) Jeremy Irons (Alfred), Holly Hunter (US Senator) and Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman.) A sneak peek video of the movie will be shown at the event.
The two other movies that will be showcased at the event by Warner Bros. are the Hugh Jackman feature “Pan” and director Guy Ritchie’s movie, “The Man from U.N.C.L.E.” The announcement includes the synopsis of “Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice” and according to the report the movie will be about Bruce Wayne fearing the “god-like” powers of the Man of Steel and taking action against him. While the two superheroes fight a new threat will rise and put mankind in greater danger.
San Diego Comic-Con will also showcase some of the toys based on Snyder’s movie. According to a report from USAToday, people who attend the event will also be able to buy some of the toys on display. The toys will include 6-inch action figures that bear the likeness of Cavill and Affleck in their superhero costumes and a Batmobile toy resembling the look of the one in the movie.
The event will also showcase Matel’s new Barbie line that will be based on Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman character from “Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice.” The action figure will be 12 inches tall and will come with a sword, shield, tiara and bracelets. The DC movie is one of the most highly anticipated of the year and the movie is slated to be released on March 25, 2016.
