“Big Bang Theory” star Melissa Rauch and her husband, Winston Beigel, just welcomed their daughter, Sadie Beigel, on Monday.

The doting mom made the announcement on her Instagram account by posting a photo that contained the words, “It’s A Girl.” In her caption, Rauch revealed that she and her husband are elated that their daughter has arrived.

Rauch also said that she will never forget the difficult road she had to go through to be able to have a baby. In the past, the actress has already suffered a miscarriage. “To those on that road: I’m sending you so much love today and always,” she wrote.

While speaking with Glamour in July, Rauch talked about her miscarriage, as well as her struggles with fertility. “During the time when I was grieving over my pregnancy loss or struggling with fertility issues, every joyful, expectant baby announcement felt like a tiny stab in heart. It’s not that I wasn’t happy for these people, but I would think, ‘Why are these shiny, carefree, fertile women so easily able to do what I cannot?’” she said.

At that time, Rauch also dished on what it’s like telling everyone that she’s expecting again, while knowing that there are some moms out there who are still unable to get pregnant.

“When I thought about having to share the news about expecting this baby, all I could think about was another woman mourning over her loss as I did, worried she would never get pregnant again, and reading about my little bundle on the way. It felt a bit disingenuous to not also share the struggle it took for me to get here,” she explained.

Meanwhile, Rauch has teamed up with three other celebrities who have also suffered miscarriages in a PSA for Pregnancy Loss Awareness Month. Nancy Kerrigan, Rauch, Loni Love and June Diane Raphael reminded women from all over the world that they are not alone in their struggles.
