The dad-of-one seemed unfazed throughout the whole week even after Paul Abrahamian put him up as a replacement nominee post-Power of Veto (POV) competition. Cody hasn’t tried to sway the other houseguests’ votes in his favor since he knows that no one will risk keeping him in the game. Even before Cody leaves the house, majority of the houseguests are already coming up with next week’s plan to nominate Jessica Graf and Ramses Soto up.

Ramses didn’t seem like he was a target until he revealed to the entire house that he got the first “Den of Temptation” curse after Paul’s “Power of Protection” win. This means that Ramses volunteered as a third nominee this week. However, Ramses’ decision to reveal his curse this week was only beneficial to his game. Since Alex Ow and Josh Martinez were the ones nominated by Paul, the original plan was one of them will be replaced by Cody after the POV.

But to everyone’s surprise, Ramses put himself in a very tight spot. He was also shocked to see Alex and Josh nominated this week instead of Cody and Jessica. He was worried that Paul changed his mind about targeting Cody, and this encouraged him to fight tooth and nail at the POV competition. Paul told Ramses that he should throw the POV at him, but Ramses was so worried that he didn’t do as he was told.

In the end, Paul won the POV, and he put Cody up as a replacement nominee. His plan to backdoor him is finally in motion. After Cody leaves this week, the houseguests also want Jessica out of house. Not only did she get associated with Cody, she also threatened Christmas Abbot and Josh after last week’s eviction ceremony.

Meanwhile, Christmas left the house on Monday night to undergo surgery for her foot. However, the competition beast vowed to return to the game before the week ends, according to Big Brother Network.

“Big Brother” Season 19 will air a new episode on Wednesday at 8 p.m. EDT on CBS.
