Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian’s feud has reached a whole new level. The video vixen has apparently filed a lawsuit against her baby daddy early this week. In the court documents, Chyna claims her ex and his family verbally and physically abused her.

On Tuesday, Chyna filed a suit against Rob and the entire Kardashian family. The 29-year-old stated in the documents obtained by People this Wednesday that her former partner did “significant damages” to her after leaking her nudes online.

It can be noted that on July 5, Rob took to social media to share very graphic and expletive-ridden content about his former fiancée. At the time, Rob accused Chyna of infidelity as well as drug and alcohol abuse.

Chyna dragged the entire Kardashian family in her lawsuit by claiming that their influence was another primary reason why her E! reality series titled “Rob & Chyna” did not get a sophomore run. She also pinned the nude photo scandal as another reason why her show with Kris Jenner’s only son was axed.

In the filing, Chyna named Rob, mother Kris, as well as sisters Kourtney, Khloe, Kim, Kendall and Kylie. She is seeking for payment for unspecified damages.

“Rob Kardashian is an abuser intent on destroying Angela White [Chyna’s real name] the mother of his baby, who left him in 2016,” a piece of the complaint read. “In revenge, the Kardashian-Jenner family became media predators, slut-shaming her on social media and killing her hit television show, which had already begun filming a second season.”

“Rob Kardashian and his powerful, vindictive family have done enough damage to Ms. White’s career and professional reputation, which she singlehandedly built from scratch — without the help of a famous last name. This lawsuit seeks to hold them accountable.”

However, sources told TMZ that different reasons led to the demise of “Rob & Chyna” Season 2. One reason puts the blame on Chyna herself for refusing to be in the same room with her co-star and ex. Another reason cited was the anemic ratings of the reality show.

Regarding the physical abuse claims, Chyna cited instances when Rob went physical on her. One instance was when she tried to call her ex, Tyga, who also happens to be the father of her 5-year-old son King Cairo. According to the complaint, when Rob grabbed the phone from Chyna’s hands, it “violently knocked her to the ground where she landed on her hands and knees.” As a result, Chyna “suffered pain and difficulty walking for days.”

Chyna’s attorney Lisa Bloom has responded to Us Weekly’s request for comment, and this is what she has to say, “I am pleased to represent Blac Chyna as she stands up for her rights in the lawsuit we have filed today. Revenge porn is wrong and illegal. Domestic violence is wrong and illegal. We will aggressively prosecute this case until we get justice.”
