Blac Chyna already has a child with Rob Kardashian, and when the two get married, Chyna hopes to take the Kardashian name like her daughter. However, the Kardashian sisters may not be fond of that idea.

According to a report from TMZ, Kim, Kourtney and Khloé’s companies are looking to block Chyna’s request to trademark “Angela Renee Kardashian,” which Chyna wants to use. Documents obtained by the website state the trademark could lead to the sisters suffering “damage including irreparable injury to their reputation and goodwill.”

The documents also claim that Chyna is “deliberately seeking to profit from the goodwill and popularity” by changing her last name to Kardashian. But now, a source close to Chyna has fired back and said she isn’t meaning to do harm.

“She’s not trying to do anything negative. She wants to trademark the name because it will be her name when she gets married, and she wants to protect it. It’s also her daughter’s last name, and she wants to share a last name with her daughter,” the source told People.

While it may seem like Chyna and the Kardashian sisters are feuding, a People source says it is “standard practice” for the Kardashian lawyers to “oppose anyone who tries to file anything.” The source went on to say that the sisters “probably didn’t even know it was happening.”

Although Chyna and Rob got engaged in April, the two have yet to reveal when they’ll get married. During a September interview with Entertainment Tonight, Chyna said, “We have a date picked out. I obviously wanted to do it when I wasn’t pregnant so we could turn up!”

The couple may have a date in mind but that’s all they have planned so far. “We’re just doing one step at a time. Like first the baby and having these things come first, and then I feel like the wedding will follow after,” Chyna said. “I feel like the baby is more important right at this moment.”
