‘Blindspot’
Will Jane Doe (Jaimie Alexander) be forced to say goodbye to Roman (Luke Mitchell) in “Blindspot” Season 2? NBC

“Blindspot” Season 2 lead star Jaimie Alexander recently confirmed the death of one major character in the upcoming episodes.

While speaking with TV Guide, Alexander said that she just read the script for the episode where the character death will occur. “There is a very shocking death that’s coming up that I just read last week that I didn’t know was going to happen. It's very sad,” she said.

Before the episode airs, here are three major characters whose possible deaths would have a major impact on the hit NBC TV series.

1. Roman

Roman (Luke Mitchell) is Jane’s brother. They recently reunited with the help of Sandstorm head Shepherd (Michelle Hurd), who also happens to be their adoptive mother. Roman and Jane have been trying to mend their relationship, but this has become especially challenging due to the things they have to do with and for the FBI.

Most recently, the siblings had the chance to talk as some of Jane’s and Roman’s memories had been slowly returning. Roman was also instrumental in the FBI’s latest mission. Now that things are starting to get better for the two, killing Roman off would certainly be devastating for Jane.

2. Shepherd

Shepherd’s connection to Kurt Weller (Sullivan Stapleton) will be revealed in “Blindspot” Season 2, episode 13, titled “Name Not One Man.” The surprising twist will definitely send everyone into a frenzy. Shepherd might end up being a good person after all, but it’s possible that the team will realize this a little too late.

3. Nas

Nas (Archie Panjabi) is the head of the FBI, and she was also in a relationship with Kurt. In Season 1, the team’s leader, Bethany Mayfair (Marianne Jean-Baptiste), was killed off. The same thing may happen in Season 2, and if Nas is killed, Jane and Kurt will have a chance to rekindle their romance.

“Blindspot” Season 2 airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. EST on NBC.
