Brooke Mueller, Charlie Sheen's ex-wife was charged with possession and distribution of cocaine in Colorado following her arrest in Aspen Dec. 30.
According to The Associated Press, a woman reported being assaulted by her at the Belly Up nightclub and because of this, Mueller is also being charged with third-degree assault.
Following up on the report, police tracked Mueller to the Escobar nightclub. A search revealed the cocaine and Mueller was consequently taken into custody.
