When TMZ heard Hulk Hogan’s interview with Howard Stern Tuesday morning, its reporters noticed something a little off. At the time it was breaking news that Hogan admitted he had sex with his friend’s wife and also that his friend had “offered” his wife to Hogan for years.

But TMZ knew something that Hogan didn’t know when he was on “Howard Stern” Tuesday morning.

When Hogan and Heather D. Cole (then Heather Clem) were finished having sex and Hogan had left the room, Bubba the Love Sponge walked in while his wife at the time was still lying on the bed.

He turned to his now-estranged wife and said, according to TMZ, "If we ever did want to retire, all we'd have to do is use this footage."

His wife shot back, "You'd never do that."

Bubba quickly tried to recover and said, "I wouldn't do that, you'd be the biggest rat, you'd be dead."

When speaking to Howard Stern, the former WWE wrestler and reality star seemed confident that his best friend was not responsible for leaking the footage.

After hearing TMZ’s side of the story, Hulk Hogan called up the celebrity gossip site to hear what they had to say on the matter.

He remained level-headed after hearing what Bubba said at the end of the footage but said, “If that’s true then I’m sick to my stomach.”

Hogan explained that he asked his best friend multiple times if he were responsible for the footage leaking and he denied it, but this latest bit of evidence puts him in a pretty bad position.

Even though Hogan considers Bubba a friend and loves him, he maintained that he is going to take legal and civil action against whoever is responsible for letting the tape leak to the public.

He told TMZ that he has already filed a criminal police report in Florida.

Needless to say, it’s unlikely that Hogan is going to take Sex.com up on their “open checkbook” offer.
