Caitlyn Jenner is dropping some major beauty secrets in a new WhoSay video posted on Thursday. The 65-year-old former Olympian, who recently transitioned to female, revealed she had her beard permanently removed back in the '80s.
In her new video, Jenner admitted her skin has changed a lot since becoming female. "I had, back in the 80s, my beard removed," Jenner revealed. "Which actually took a lot of volume out of [my chin] area. That has gotten better throughout the years, which is a good thing."
The "I Am Cait" star went on to say that she used to do her makeup herself, but now that she's on TV she lets her glam squad handle it. "It's television, you want to look good," Jenner said, noting that MAC makeup products are among her favorites. "I think they do a great job and I love their coverage."
"It's been a lot of fun for me to learn makeup and how it works," Jenner added.
This isn't the first time Jenner has opened up about how she started her transition process decades ago. The E! star previously said during an interview with Diane Sawyer that she started taking female hormones in the '80s but stopped because she wasn't sure how the public would respond. Jenner also revealed to Sawyer that shortly after she stopped the transition process, she met Kris Jenner, whom she would marry and later divorce.
“I had been on hormones for five years and I was a really solid 36B something and you really can’t hide those things,” Jenner said. "I kind of downplayed it some. I feel in a lot of ways that when you love somebody you don’t want to hurt them.” As previously reported, Kris Jenner has gone on record saying she had no idea her now ex-husband wanted to become a female.
