All 147 passengers on-board and crew were rescued, Reuters reported.

M/V Asia Malaysia of the Cebu-based Trans Asia Shipping Lines Inc. sank after the vessel tilted to its right side due to strong winds and choppy waters, a Philippine coast guard official said.
