Summer is nearly here and that means so are our favorite CBS series! From “Big Brother” to “Under The Dome,” the network will air brand news seasons of your cherished shows to make this the best summer yet. But that’s not all! According to reports, CBS will also be introducing new TV flicks to the mix. Perhaps that’s the mission to mend the hole in our hearts due to “How I Met Your Mother’ coming to an end. But can the new programs fill the shoes of “HIMYM”? Find out here as we give you the date, time, and a short synopsis of the upcoming CBS summer shows:

Wednesday, June 25

“Big Brother” – 8:00 to 9:00 p.m. EDT (Wednesday Premiere)

Thursday, June 26

“Big Brother” – 9:00 to 10:00 p.m. EDT (Thursday Premiere)

Sunday, June 29

“Big Brother” – 8:00 to 9:00 p.m. EDT (Sunday Premiere)

“Reckless” – 9:00 to 10:00 p.m. EDT (Series Premiere)

“Unforgettable” – 10:00 to 11:00 p.m. EDT (Third Season Premiere)

Monday, June 30

“Under the Dome” – 10:00 to 11:00 p.m. EDT (Second Season Premiere)

JULY

Wednesday, July 9

“Extant” – 9:00 to 10:00 p.m. EDT (Series Premiere)

“Extant” will be the new CBS series added to the lineup. The mystery thriller, which stars Halle Berry, Goran Visnjic, Camryn Manheim, Michael O’Neill, Hiroyuki Sanada, Pierce Gagnon and Grace Gummer, will tell the story of a female astronaut in her attempts to reconnect with her family after exploring space for a year. Her experiences will eventually lead to changes made throughout the course of human history.

"Reckless" is set in Charleston, S.C., and is about a gorgeous Yankee litigator and charming southern attorney who must hide their intense mutual attraction for one another as a police sex scandal threatens to tear the city apart. The show will star Anna Wood, Cam Gidandet, Shawn Hatosy, Adam Rodriguez, Georgina Haig, Kim Wayans, Gregory Harrison and Michael Gladis.
