Exclusive resorts, Pink Sands, owned by famed record producer Chris Blackwell, is now offering a limited number of private estates on its charming property built to owners' specifications.

50 miles east of Nassau, set by the edge of the famous pale pink sands beach of Harbour Islands, Pink Sands Resorts is known for its oceanfront cottages with private patios and breathtaking views.

This 20-acre heaven on earth comprising of 25 pastel-colored cottages scattered throughout lush tropical grounds is among the most sought after private holiday destinations by the likes of Nicole Kidman, Keith Richards, Julia Roberts, Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell and the Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson.

From gourmet meals to water sports activities, like bone-fishing, reef fishing, deep sea fishing and snorkeling, this oceanfront destination offers a wide array of activities for those seeking to indulge in luxury.

A total of 13 elite estates are now being constructed adjacent to the celebrity hideaway.

Under the new program, owners can customize their estates by hiring their own architects. Clients can also pick out one of Pink Sands' turnkey plans, and can stay at the posh resort while their villas are being built.

A three-bedroom villa designed by the award-winning architectural firm, Garcia Stromberg, is among the first private estates constructed in the area.

In addition to access to the resort's amenities like concierge service, housekeeping and private dining, owners also have the option of enrolling their residence in the resort's rental program which provides significant benefits to participants, such as onsite management maintenance and exemption from payment of customs duties on construction materials used to build their residence.
