More details have emerged about the domestic violence case between Chad Johnson and his wife, Evelyn Lozada.

The 911 call made on behalf of Johnson's wife to the police has now been released. Johnson, also known as Ochocinco, allegedly head-butted his significant other. She then ran to another house to alert the authorities.

In the call, the neighbor tells the police that Lozada will probably need stitches because "he (Johnson) hit her with his head." The man on the call also asked for the 911 dispatcher to be discrete because of the couple's celebrity.

Johnson was arrested on Saturday, and then released by the Miami Dolphins the following day. The incident came just a month after the couple was married.

Lozada told TMZ that Johnson's claims that she actually head-butted him are completely false.

"I am deeply disappointed that Chad has failed to take responsibility for his actions and made false accusations against me," Johnson's wife told TMZ. ""It is my sincere hope that he seeks the help he needs to overcome his troubles. Domestic violence is not okay and hopefully my taking a stand will help encourage other women to break their silence as well."

The couple's VH1 reality show "Eve and Ocho" was set to premiere on Sept. 3, but has since been canceled by the network.
