Cher Cheers on Chaz Bono at 'Dancing With the Stars'

Chaz Bono scored a personal best on Dancing With the Stars Monday night as his mother Cher cheered on from the audience.

Bono scored 21 points out a possible 30, after dancing a paso doble to the theme from Rocky. Lacey Schwimmer and Bono managed to earn enough points to tie with Chynna Phillips and Nancy Grace for the penultimate position in the rankings.

But all eyes were on Cher, who lived up to the hype by finally attending a taping of Dancing With the Stars. Cher also seemed to be near tears when the camera cut to her. She was joined in the ballroom audience by Bono’s stepmother, U.S. Rep. Mary Bono Mack, R-Calif., and other family members.
