Both the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges rose in early morning trade following yesterday's rally in Chinese markets.

Shanghai Stock Exchange composite Index (SSI) opened at 4256.63 points, gaining 18.35 points. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange component index opened at 15,409.84 points, after a quick jump of 81.43 points.

Yesterday both market exchanges reacted as traders were comforted on a quelling bond market in the US. The SSI closed 45.65 points higher yesterday to end at 4174.38 while the Shenzhen Stock Exchange component index closed at 15328.42 points, falling 158.25 points.
