Chris Brown may be in the clear following recent assault claims from a female fan -- at least according to the owner of the club where she claimed the incident occurred.

According to TMZ, the owner of Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim, Calif., says Brown never touched the girl.

"Based on the information which we have gathered from our security company, mall security and other partygoers which were at Heat on Saturday night, it is apparent that the alleged incident regarding Chris Brown is false," Mike Joher said.

The owner said that 24-year-old Deanna Gaines tried to gain access to the stage several times during Brown's performance. She even attempted to force her way into the singer's VIP area.

Joher added that the girl was removed from the club due to her behavior and took off one of her heels and threw it at security while being taken out of the establishment.

Police were called on the woman, but she was ultimately allowed to leave with her friends, said the owner.

As for the claim that Gaines was injured during her removal, Joher said his staff "did what they had to do," but Brown "was a complete gentleman."

Gaines claims Brown attacked her as the club was closing, shoving her to the floor on purpose.

Brown's rep said she and the rest of his legal team are "unaware of the incident."
