Chris Pratty recently returned to Instagram three months after he and his ex-wife, Anna Faris, announced their split.

On Saturday, the actor shared an adorable photo of himself with his son, Jack, and brother, Cully Pratt. The snap was taken in front of a huge “Thor: Ragnarok” poster. By the looks of it, the trio watched the film over the weekend.

Prior to sharing his son and brother’s picture, Pratt has not been active on Instagram. In fact, his last post was uploaded on Aug. 1, and it was a poster of the movie, “Ingrid Goes West.”

Pratt and Faris announced their decision to go their separate ways on the same month via a post of their Facebook account. In the lengthy message, the couple said that they still love and respect each other so much even though they know their relationship is no longer working out.

Ten days after their split, a source told E! News that Faris has been hiding out in one of her friends’ homes in Los Angeles. “Chris changed so much. His fame changed their dynamic publicly and in private. Anna feels like she lost her voice throughout their marriage, like she lost her sense of self,” the source said.

Another reason for their split had to do with their parenting styles, which were very different from each other.

Meanwhile, Faris released her memoir, “Unqualified,” just months after they announced their split. The “Mom” actress acknowledged the fact that the timing of their separation with the end of their marriage seemed to coincide with each other. However, it wasn’t something that they planned.

In the candid tell-all, to which Pratt wrote the foreword for, Faris opened up about her personal struggles and marital struggles. She admitted that she doesn’t like confrontations and said that this is one of her character flaws. “But having said that, I do feel like when I do get upset, which is rare as my husband and family would say, I have a hard time letting go,” she said.
