“Arrow” star Colton Haynes just proposed to his fiancé, Jeff Leatham, two months after the latter asked the actor to marry him.

On his Instagram account, Haynes shared the happy news to his followers. He also revealed that he found his engagement ring in a glass of vintage champagne. During the proposal, Cher’s “I Got You Babe” played in the background. Leatham also professed his love for Haynes and used the hashtag “double engaged” in his caption.

In March, Leatham proposed to Haynes during their vacation at the Las Ventanas al Paraiso in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. At the time, the 28-year-old actor posted a photo of himself kissing Leatham on the lips while in front of spectacular fireworks.

Haynes’ rep spoke to People two months ago to share some details about Leatham’s proposal. “Jeff’s marriage proposal to Colton was incredible, starting with a personalized video message from Cher singing their favorite song, ‘I Got You Babe,’ followed by video messages from their family members and close friends – including Melanie Griffith, Serena Williams, Ally Maki and many more. After Colton said yes, the proposal continued with a fireworks display set to Bruno Mars’ ‘Marry You’ as the couple danced in tears,” the rep said.

In May 2016, Haynes came out as gay during an interview with Entertainment Weekly. In January of the same year, Haynes’ preference made headlines after one fan commented on some of the photos exposing his “secret gay past.” The actor immediately replied, “Was it a secret?” and this was picked up by bloggers as his official coming out. But Haynes said that it definitely wasn’t.

“It was a complete shock. I wasn’t ready to be back in the headlines. I should have made a comment or a statement, but I just wasn’t ready. I didn’t feel like I owed anyone anything. I think in due time, everyone has to make those decisions when they’re ready, and I wasn’t yet. But I feel like I was letting people down by not coming forward with the rest of what I should have said… It took me so long to get to this point, but I am doing so good,” he said.
