'Counting On' Star Joy-Anna Duggar Shares Childbirth Video, Jokes She's 'Not Having Another Kid'

"Counting On" star Joy-Anna Duggar and husband Austin Forsyth welcomed their baby girl, Evelyn Mae, on Aug. 21. Now, the couple has shared what happened in the hours leading up to the birth of their second child.

Joy-Anna documented her labor and delivery in a vlog she uploaded on YouTube on Saturday, Sept. 5. In the clip, she revealed what transpired the night before she gave birth, explaining that she went into labor starting around at 8 p.m. on Aug. 20.

Joy-Anna and Austin finally welcomed their baby in the afternoon of the following day, which meant she had a long labor. She revealed that her doctor had induced the pregnancy, and she "instantly" felt contractions.

Despite the pain, Joy-Anna managed to put on makeup when she was 8 centimeters dilated thanks to Rachel, her sister-in-law, who assisted her. In the middle of powdering, she felt a contraction and had to pause.

"She's doing so good," Austin can be heard saying in the clip.

In the end, Joy-Anna decided to get an epidural, which is an injection to the spine that relieves pain.

"I’m so happy I got the epidural … I don’t see how people do this without epidurals," Joy-Anna said, but Rachel quipped that the 22-year-old had already done it with her first child, Gideon.

"I don’t know how I did it with Gideon. It hurts so bad," Joy-Anna added.

The "Counting On" star then joked to her husband, "Babe, we’re not having another kid."

Joy-Anna and Austin, who are also parents to 2-year-old Gideon, revealed the good news to fans on Aug. 25, sharing adorable pictures of their baby on social media.

"She has the best personality, is easy going and loves to be held! She has her nights and days mixed up, but honestly, I love it!" Joy-Anna wrote.

A few days later, Joy-Anna revealed that they named their daughter Evelyn Mae, explaining that she wanted the name to be "perfect and elegant."

"We had a hard time deciding but after a few days finally settled on 'Evy Mae' and we think it fits her perfectly!" Joy-Anna captioned the photo of the baby.
