Perhaps it will take one more loss for Dallas owner Jerry Jones to reconsider his position as general manager as the Cowboys take on the Philadelphia Eagles Sunday afternoon at Lincoln Financial Field.

Jones was under fire this week with controversy surrounding his abilities as team general manager. He made comments essentially saying, any other owner would have fired him as their GM.

The Cowboys are 4-9 dating back to Week 13 of last season, the worst mark in the league, and head coach Jason Garrett’s job is in jeopardy.

Things were made even worse by Dallas blowing a very winnable game once again last week against the Atlanta Falcons 19-13. The Cowboys failed to reach the end zone until the fourth quarter when Kevin Ogletree caught a 21-yard touchdown from quarterback Tony Romo, who went 25-for-35 for 321 yards, but the Dallas run game failed again, totaling just 65 yards.

Dallas and their 28th ranked rush offense will still struggle with running back DeMarco Murray out for the fourth straight game.

Like Garrett, Philadelphia head coach Andy Reid knows his job is on the line if Dallas cannot turn its season around.

The Eagles are now on a four-game losing streak after a poor offensive showing against the New Orleans Saints last place defense. Philadelphia lost 28-13 behind two turnovers, and an inaccurate and hurried Michael Vick.

Vick went 22-for-41 for 272 yards with a touchdown and an interception, but was also sacked seven times and took another 12 hits. Running back Lesean McCoy totaled 119 yards on just 19 carries, and DeSean Jackson had three receptions for 100 yards and a touchdown.

Talent has never been a doubt for the Eagles, but management may have given Reid a stay of execution. News leaked this week that former Super Bowl-winning coach Jon Gruden wants to return to the NFL, and could be interested in Philadelphia should Reid be fired.

The game begins at 4:25 p.m. EDT and will be shown by FOX, or watch a live stream online by purchasing NFL Sunday Ticket Max.

Betting Odds: Dallas is favored by 2 points

Over/Under: 44.5 points

Prediction: Dallas is favored on the road despite their porous rushing offense, and the Eagles just can’t seem to protect Vick. If the Philadelphia offensive line can somehow give him time to operate, than Vick gives them a fighting chance. Look for Romo to bounce back with a huge game and the Cowboys to triumph.

Predicted Score: Dallas 30, Philadelphia 24
