Looks like the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree after all! Following Rumer Willis and Val Chmerkovskiy’s high-scoring Foxtrot during the Season 20 premiere of “Dancing with the Stars,” Val partially attributed their success on the hit ABC series to Rumer’s “great genes.”

According to Val, who is a “Die Hard” Bruce Willis fan, he noticed that Rumer has the same “great presence” on the ballroom floor as her famous father does in front of the camera. “I can see where she gets her, you know, strength from,” he added during an interview with "Good Morning America."

But not all Rumer’s “DWTS” accomplishments can be credited to the patriarch of the family! Doesn’t Val know that Rumer’s mother, Demi Moore, is also a talented dancer? The actress debuted her sweet moves in the 1996 film “Striptease,” where Demi portrayed FBI secretary Erin Grant who becomes a stripper in a scheme to win back custody of her daughter.

In the flick, Demi flung off her clothes and showed the world more than just her fabulously toned abs – and it looks as though her daughter has picked up on some of her mom’s hip-shaking traits! Although “DWTS” is only two weeks into the 2015 competition, Rumer and Val have already been dubbed as one of the top couples of Season 20. "You guys are definitely the ones to watch,” judge Julianne Hough confirmed during Week 1 of the ABC dance series.

So, will Rumer pay her mother tribute in a forthcoming routine for passing down her stellar sense of rhythm? Well, during an interview with E! Online, Val’s partner dished that a “Striptease” homage “might be a little too risqué for the show.” But Rumer isn’t ruling out the possibility of honoring her “proud and supportive” folks completely! "It depends, for me, if it works with the song or dance I want to do," she said.

Do you think Rumer will shake what her mama gave her in a tribute piece to her parents in an upcoming performance on “Dancing with the Stars”? Sound off in the comments section below how you’d like to see the Season 20 contestant pay homage to Bruce Willis and Demi Moore.
