“Dancing With the Stars” contestant Bindi Irwin took a break from busting a move on the ballroom floor to reunite with her boyfriend Chandler Powell. The Season 21 contestant shared a photo of herself snuggling up with her beau on Instagram Sunday, giving fans a glimpse into her relationship with the wakeboarding pro.

“He’s here. Thank you for always making me laugh, helping me to ice my foot when it hurts, making me tea and hugging me when I’m tired,” she gushed. “You’re amazing.”

But just because the Aussie athlete is helping tend to Irwin’s injuries doesn’t mean he’s granted access into the dancing duo’s private rehearsals. During an interview with E! Online, Irwin’s partner, Derek Hough, quipped that their practices are “closed off” from the public – including boyfriends!

“We have to spray you before you come in, spray you before you go out,” he joked while Irwin, 17, added that their rehearsals are “like a secret agent operation.”

Irwin’s routines haven’t been the only thing kept under wraps. The animal lover and her thrill-seeking boyfriend have also remained tight-lipped regarding their relationship. In July, the daughter of the late Steve Irwin dished to Entertainment Tonight that there was “someone special” in her life. However, the identity of her suitor remained a mystery – that is, until Powell, 18, wished Irwin a happy birthday on Instagram July 24.

“Happy Birthday to this gorgeous girl!” he captioned an adorable image of the two. “Feel very blessed to have you in my life.”

With the croc out of the bag, outlets began to hound Powell about his relationship with the animal activist and his recent gig as a global ambassador for the Australia Zoo Wildlife Warriors conservation program, an organization that was established in 2002 by Irwin’s parents.

“While it is true that Bindi is very special to me, we are very excited about focusing on our Wildlife Warriors work,” he told the outlet TheFix, adding that he prefers to keep their “personal lives private.”

But we have a feeling “DWTS” co-host Erin Andrews will find a way to get Irwin to spill some insight on her relationship during Week 3 of the hit ABC series, which begins it’s two day installment Monday. Irwin and Hough will take the stage Monday night and perform a routine soundtracked to the theme song of “The Jeffersons” to “commemorate iconic television through history,” the synopsis reveals.

“Dancing With the Stars” airs Monday and Tuesday nights at 8 p.m. EDT on ABC.
