Charlie Sheen's second ex-wife, Denise Richards, is caring for his third ex-wife Brooke Mueller's 3-year-old twin sons while she is in rehab.

This is the socialites 19th stint in rehab; E! News confirmed with her lawyer that she is being treated for Adderall addiction.
Mueller entered rehab recently after a Dec. 7 hospitalization that her representatives initially stated was not related to an overdose, according to the Huffington Post.
A day later, Mueller received a visit from the Los Angeles County Dept. of Children and Family Services, searching for signs of drug use as well as for signs of abuse of her twins, Bob and Max, according to TMZ.
A source told the gossip site that the boys will be saying with Richards for "an indefinite period of time."
Richards and Sheen divorced in 2005; the two have two daughters together, Sam and Lola, and Richards also has an adopted daughter, Eloise.
Mueller and Sheen divorced in 2011; Bob and Max are their only children together.
According other sources, the twins are staying with Richards because Sheen is currently busy filming his FX series, "Anger Management."
"This isn't the first time the boys have stayed with Denise for a length of time," one source told E! News.
Mueller has sought treatment twice previously in 2012 alone. According to the New York Times, she entered a 90-day treatment program after being charged for assaulting a woman and was also found with four grams of cocaine on her person.
She also entered treatment over the summer, during which time her twins stayed with Richards, TMZ reports.
"Denise would do anything for those kids," said the E! News source.
