Meek Mill has responded to French Montana’s claim that the Philadelphia rapper’s feud with Drake is fake and is aimed at getting their album sales high. Nicki Minaj’s boyfriend took to his Instagram account late Wednesday to take a shot at the Morocco-born rapper.

“N----- say i change man they changed on me @frenchmontana,” Mill captioned a video.

Montana had raised questions over Mill and Drake’s ongoing beef, saying that according to him there seemed no “real problem” between the two rappers, who have constantly taken a jab at each other with their diss tracks.

The 31-year-old “Off the Rip” rapper recently appeared for an interview at the “Larry King Now” show where he weighed in on Mill and Drake’s feud.

“I feel like with this situation, it's different,” Montana said, in a video from the interview, posted by music news website HipHopDX. “But at the end of the day, I don't feel like they have real problems. I feel like it's just a sport. It's a sport, so it's like competition. Sometimes you spar with somebody. That's what that is, 'cause ain't nobody get hurt. Nothing happened so I feel like it's just part of the game. It brings excitement to the game.”

Mill’s response to Montana came as the “House Party” rapper began his stay under house arrest. Mill was sentenced to house arrest last month after being found guilty of violating his probation, which stemmed from drug and gun charges in a 2008 conviction.

Mill and Drake have been feuding with each other since July last year. The fight began with Mill slamming Drake for ghostwriters for his songs. As the feud heated up, the two rappers released songs dissing each other.

The ongoing battle between the two rappers seem to be never ending as the two rappers reignited their public spat in January after they released their new tracks taking shots at one another.

Drake released his latest single, “Summer Sixteen,” following which Mill dropped the second installment of his “4/4” mixtape during the stream of OVO Sound Radio.

Meanwhile, amid all the trouble surrounding Mill, rumors surfaced that the rapper’s relationship with Minaj may soon come to an end.

However, the “Anaconda” singer put all the breakup rumors to rest after she showed up on Meek's Snapchat Wednesday night. According to TMZ, the video appeared to have been shot in his bedroom. The website also reported that Minaj travelled to Philadelphia Wednesday morning. Minaj’s visit to Mill’s hometown, where he is under lockdown, came after TMZ reported that the couple had a fight after the 33-year-old Trinidadian-born American rapper refused to live with her boyfriend while he served his house arrest sentencing.
