Bryan Hill faces charges of public intoxication and obstruction traffic. Marion County Sheriff

An Indiana man was charged with public intoxication and obstructing traffic after he was found Sunday, passed out in his car wearing his pants as a shirt, police said.

Bryan Hill, 24, of Indianapolis, was blocking a lane of traffic and was asleep or passed out behind his 2013 Honda Civic around 4 a.m., according to a police report obtained Monday by the Smoking Gun.

“A person was found asleep or passed out in the driver’s seat of his car, which was blocking the travel lane and alley,” the report from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department said. “He was wearing only a t-shirt, underwear and one sock. He did have pants on, but they were on his arms. Both arms were inserted into the legs of his jeans. He was found to be in a state of intoxication and impairment. He was arrested for public intoxication and obstructing traffic.”

Marion County Jail records indicated that Hill’s court date was scheduled for 8:30 a.m.
