Michelle, Jim Bob and the Duggar family announced Tuesday they will be growing their clan again, with baby number 20 on the way.

A three-and-a-half-month pregnant Michelle and family announced on the Today Show they are expecting another child in April 2012 to join the family and their hit reality show 19 Kids and Counting.

I was not thinking that God would give us another one, and we are just so grateful, 45-year-old Michelle said on the Today show.

The baby will join the rest of the Duggars' 19 children, ranging in ages from 23 years to 23 months, Joshua, Jana, John-David, Jill, Jessa, Jinger, Joseph, Josiah, Joy-Anna, Jedidiah, Jeremiah, Jason, James, Justin, Jackson, Johannah, Jennifer, Jordyn-Grace and Josie.

Jim Bob said his 19 children thought he was joking when he made the announcement about the new baby while posing for a family photo.

Smile -- Mom's going to have another baby! he said to the surprised Duggar clan.

Their mouths dropped, Michelle said. They all looked at me to see if he was joking.

The new baby marks the largest gap between children in the Duggar family; While the rest of the children are 16 to 18 months apart, this new baby will be over two years apart from Josie, Michelle's last pregnancy battle.

Josie was born in Dec. 2009, three and a half months premature, with gall bladder problems and preeclampsia. While her life was at first danger from complications of a premature birth, Josie is now a healthy almost-two-year-old.

When we look at Josie ... even knowing that we went through the challenge that we did, we would do it again, Michelle told the Today show last year.

And again, they did it. So far, Michelle's pregnancy is going well according to doctors, and her first-trimester, nearly over, has presented few problems.

Michelle Duggar told the Today show they will find out the 20th baby's gender around Christmas time this year and undergo a C-section birth. Stay tuned for what J name the new baby boy or girl will be named.
