How Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson finds time to not only post photos to Instagram, but also include lengthy, heartfelt messages to go along with them, is amazing.

The third season of Johnson’s HBO comedy “Ballers” is currently airing, but that doesn’t mean he’s taking any kind of break. It doesn’t seem like The Rock really takes breaks, if his IMDB and social media feeds are any indication.

He goes from movie to movie to show to movie to movie and it looks like now it’s time for another film. The Rock just started day one of production on his latest film, “Skyscraper,” and took to Instagram to celebrate the occasion with his followers.

In the image, The Rock poses with the film’s writer and director, Rawson Marshall Thurber, and the film’s cinematographer, Robert Elswit, who Johnson says is the “real star” of the movie. But his admiration for the man doesn’t stop there.

“Robert’s on the Mt. Rushmore of Cinematographers and I’m grateful and inspired to work with this legendary bad [expletive],” Johnson wrote. “What a dream team and crew I’m honored to create and drop sweat with. Day 1 and takin’ it to new heights. Literally.”

Thurber reposted the photo to his Instagram, as well, but did not add any of his own thoughts to the caption. The Rock said it all.

In this new film, Johnson is going to do what he does best: kick butt. He’s playing Will Ford, a former FBI Hostage Rescue Team leader, who must save his family from the tallest building, which happens to be burning. But more hurdles are placed in his way, as he also happens to be a wanted man since he now works assessing security for skyscrapers.

Helping Johnson’s Ford in his mission is the building’s owner and designer. To save his family and clear his name, Ford must find those actually responsible for the chaos and bring them to justice.

Also joining the WWE star in the action-thriller flick is Neve Campbell, Chin Han, Byron Mann, and Hannah Quinlivan.

This is just the first of many Instagram photos the 45-year-old actor is sure to share on social media from the set of this film, which is set to hit theaters in July 2018.

After “Skyscraper,” The Rock only has one or two other projects to work on…or six.

He’s got the “San Andreas” sequel and “Journey To The Center Of The Earth” sequels, the theme-park-inspired “Jungle Cruise,” the DC superhero flick “Doc Savage,” the Navy SEAL thriller “The Janson Directive,” and the “Shazam!” spin-off movie, “Black Adam.”

And those are just the ones he’s starring in at the moment. The Rock also co-owns the production company Seven Bucks Production with Dany Garcia, which is working on a variety of movies and shows and web series, some which star Johnson and some that don’t.

Good thing The Rock likes to work hard and stay busy. And good thing for the rest of us that he likes to share all about it on social media.
