World Economic Forum founder is asking how new online technologies can be used to integrate everyone who can contribute, not just leaders, to help solve problems.

The question was posed by Professor Klaus Schwab - also the WEF president - in a video posted to the ReutersVideo channel on the YouTube video sharing website on Wednesday.

He is currently attending the elite economic retreat in Davos, Switzerland.

We have such a complex world and my question is: How can we make sure such issues are not only solved by the leaders but everyone who can contribute can be integrated? Schwab is shown asking. So how can we use, and that's my question to you, how can we use new communication method schemes like YouTube, like blogging, like social communities and so on, to integrate everybody into the solution creating process.
