Energy shares lead Wall Street higher
Stocks edged higher on Monday, led by gains in energy shares and pushing the S&P 500 to a two-year high as equities continued their steady upward march.
The Dow Jones industrial average <.DJI> dipped 13.93 points, or 0.12 percent, to 11,477.98. The Standard & Poor's 500 <.SPX> gained 3.23 points, or 0.26 percent, to 1,247.14. The Nasdaq Composite <.IXIC> rose 6.59 points, or 0.25 percent, to 2,649.56.
