After managing to keep her pregnancy a secret from the public for nine months, Anna Kournikova welcomed twins on Saturday with her boyfriend Enrique Iglesias. Now, the longtime couple are making sure their Miami home is top-notch for the tots with some large-scale renovations.

Kournikova and Iglesias started upgrading their 20,000-square-foot house towards the end of the summer, during the retired tennis star’s second trimester, TMZ reports. The work includes building a 16-foot-tall wall around the home, as well as adding a new two-story single family house to their property. The new parents are also making sure everything’s safe for their twins, a boy named Nicholas and a girl named Lucy, by creating a child barrier for the pool. All together, the project will cost about $600,000.

While this might seem like a large sum to be dropping on a renovation project for some, it’s not exactly so much when taking into consideration the net worth of these two individuals. Iglesias is reportedly worth about $100 million from his singing career, while Kournikova’s net worth is around $50 million from competing in the tennis world and sponsorships, according to Celebrity Net Worth. Together the couple has cool $150 million to their combined names.

It’s no wonder then that Iglesias was able to buy two Miami lots in 2009 for $5 million and then spend more money to demolish the existing homes before building a $26 million waterfront mansion with Kournikova, which they moved into in 2013, according to Daily Mail. Aside from the current renovations and the 20,000-square-foot house, the property also includes a tennis court, a lap pool and a jacuzzi.

Apparently cost is no concern, and the couple, who have been together since 2001, simply want the best for their children, which is something their net worths definitely allow for. Avoiding the public eye also seems to be something of importance to the first-time parents who are rarely spotted out, thus able to keep the pregnancy a secret the whole time, only sharing the happy news with a select few.

“I saw her cute belly,” a source told People. “A friend told me like five months ago [that] they were pregnant but keeping it very, very undercover.”

The way they’ve been able to stay so undercover is by only hanging out “with family and very close friends,” the source said.

Still, with the news of the twins and the home renovations out there now, it’ll be a bit harder for the family to stay so private. Hopefully the happy parents will decide that now’s the time to share the baby news themselves, with pictures of the twins to go with it.
