BRUSSELS - EU regulators have extended their review of U.S. electronics company Agilent Technologies Inc's plan to buy Varian Inc after Agilent offered remedies to tackle competition concerns. The deadline for a regulatory decision on the planned takeover was moved to Jan. 20 from Jan. 6, the European Commission's daily list of mergers under review showed on Tuesday.
