Desperate Housewives actress Eva Longoria Parker will play a Spanish speaking role in a Mexican movie about kidnapping called Days of Grace.
This is the actress' first participation in a Mexican movie. Her character is about a woman called Xochitl (pronounced zochitl) who arrives to Mexico. Although her character in the movie is small but she plays a very crucial role to solve the mystery at the heart of the film, Leopoldo Gout, the film's producer, told the Mexican newspaper Reforma.
Longoria, who will film in Mexico City this weekend read the script and loved the characters and the story's depth, Gout told the newspaper.
The movie is directed by Everardo Gout. The drama tells the story of a kidnapping and its influence in Mexico. The release date is still to be announced.
