On Wednesday, prosecutors released video from a November bus attack in Seattle involving a bus rider and an armed robber.

The man -- identified as 19-year-old Trevonnte Brown -- walked onto a Metro Transit bus and attempted to hold up two riders with a pistol, King 5 News reports. But after taking a few cellphones from passengers near the back of the bus, Brown moved closer to the front of the bus and shoved the pistol into another passenger's face. That's when the brazen criminal received an unexpected surprise.

The passenger grabbed the gun from Brown and started to tackle him on the bus. The passenger punched Brown several times, and other riders soon came to his aid while summoning police. Brown has been charged with two counts of first degree robbery and one count of attempted first degree robbery. He will face up to 15 or more years behind bars if he is convicted.
