Fed's Fisher says doesn't see double-dip recession
Dallas Federal Reserve President Richard Fisher on Monday warned the U.S. economy will be weak for some time while saying the risks the rebound will falter are unlikely.
I don't consider that a likely scenario right now, Fisher said in an interview on PBS's Nightly Business Report, when asked whether he thinks there could be a double-dip recession. I do think we're going to have to be tolerant with slower growth than we're used to.
