Get ready for more shiplap and open floor concepts, “Fixer Upper” fans, because Season 4 of the hit HGTV series is currently in the works!

On Tuesday, the real estate show, which stars Joanna and Chip Gaines, came to a bittersweet ending with the airing of its Season 3 finale. But Joanna was quick to let fans of the home-renovating series know that it wouldn’t be long before everyone’s favorite, Texas couple would be back on their small screens.

That’s right, JoJo took to Twitter to confirm the Season 4 renewal of “Fixer Upper.” That means audiences can expect another season full of demo days and jaw-dropping home repairs.

“Chip and I are so thankful for your support and all your encouragement! Thank you!” Joanna wrote in a blog post for Magnolia Market. “This season seemed to fly by so fast. We are currently renovating houses for Season 4 which will air this fall so stay tuned for some more amazing clients and homes we can’t wait to share with you!”

Not only can fans look forward to the Season 4 premiere of “Fixer Upper” this fall but they can also anticipate the release of Chip and Joanna’s book, “The Magnolia Story.” The novel, which gives fans an even closer look at their colorful lives, is due out on Oct. 18. (“The Magnolia Story” is currently available for pre order.)

"Writing a book is a tough job," Joanna told People magazine. "But reliving years of memories together was so fun. Chip is a great storyteller, and I actually found that I have a knack for remembering details. We made a pretty good team and had a blast working on it together."

Joanna is also working on a design book, which is set to be released in 2017.
