“Flip or Flop” star Tarek El Moussa is raising money to help contractor Frank Miller, who is suffering from two very aggressive cancers.

On his Instagram account, he posted a picture of Miller lying on his hospital bed with a tube attached to his throat. Tarek encouraged his fans to donate any amount to help Miller and said that he and his ex Christina El Moussa have vowed to donate $5,000 to his Go Fund Me account. According to People, donations for Miller have already exceeded $10,000.

Christina also posted a photo of Miller sitting on a chair looking straight to the camera.

Tarek is especially concerned with Miller since he also battled against cancer four years ago. At the time, the HGTV star was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and testicular cancer. He openly talked about the former, but decided to stay mum about the latter because felt it was too private to discuss.

Talking about his diagnosis, Tarek told People, “I was at one building doing my thyroid stuff and mentioned I was going across the street to get an ultrasound done. I’ll never forget the doctor joking, ‘I hope you don’t have cancer.’ I get over to the ultrasound and the technician and I are talking and having fun and all of a sudden he got really quiet. I said, ‘What’s up?’ I could tell he was nervous and he was like, ‘Oh, I’m not a doctor.’ I said, ‘What do you mean?’ And he said, ‘Are you in pain? I think you’re in pain and should go to the emergency room.’ Right then, I knew something was wrong.”

During a recent interview with Andy Cohen on SirusXM’s “Radio Andy,” Tarek confirmed to the host that he indeed had a testicle removed during the process of his treatment. Luckily, he was able to beat both forms of cancer and has also started talking about the illness lightheartedly. “At least my friends call me ‘The One Nut Wonder’ now, so, I mean, I have a good nickname,” he said.

Tarek also confirmed that his doctors put a “fake ball” or an implant.
