A news anchor in California put her commercial break time to good use during her overnight shift last week. Fox News 40's host Tia Ewing was caught dancing on live video feed during an early morning ad break at 4:15 a.m.

The video, uploaded to YouTube on Friday entitled "What Do I Do During Commercial Breaks?," shows Ewing dancing with her iPad to the tune of Beyonce's "Single Ladies" after the news feed cut from commercial.

"Having a little fun on the morning show. I mean, it is 4:30 am," Ewing wrote as the description for her video.

"I gotta get it where I can get it,” Ewing told her colleagues during a later interview. “I just didn’t know the camera was rolling."

According to the Daily Mail, the video was viewed more than 100,000 in just eight hours since it was published.

"They caught me, BUSTED! Let's hope this doesn't go viral!" Ewing tweeted.

Later, Ewing wrote on her blog on the Fox News 40 page that dancing helps her become more creative.

"My goal every time I step in front of the camera is to be creative and tell it in a compelling yet unique way," she wrote. "When I am not working, you can catch me giving back or doing something spontaneous."
