“Fuller House” star Jodie Sweetin responded to Miley Cyrus after the “Wrecking Ball” singer posted an Instagram photo that showed Sweetin in an unflattering fashion. The “Dancing with the Stars” Season 22 cast member essentially said she would ignore Cyrus.

"I don't pay attention to negative stuff," she told E! Online in an exclusive interview Tuesday. "I have so much good stuff going on in my life right now that I try not to pay attention."

Sweetin opened up about her struggle with addiction to drugs and alcohol in her 2009 memoir, “UnSweetined.” Through the years, her on-screen family from “Full House” acted as a real-life backbone.

"We have a family," Sweetin told E! Online. "I don't think that there's anything that we go through, good, bad, or daily stuff, that we can't share with each other and enjoy and support and love each other. We've known each other for almost 30 years now. When you are as close to people as we are to each other, for that long, you become a family. We support and love each other no matter what. It becomes a real familiar relationship where we insulate each other from all of that stuff and support and love each other through it."

For her part, Cyrus denied that her picture of Sweetin was inappropriate. “Current Mood #fullerhouse,” she captioned the image Friday. “Only you freaks take this as shaming! To me it looks like Stephanie is having a f---ing g-- ol time!”

The post has garnered more than 142,000 likes from Cyrus’ 38.5 million followers. Most people who commented were upset the singer for sharing the photo. By Monday Cyrus, 23, “celebrated” International Women’s Day by saying all women, including herself, are “tacky [as f---].”

Sweetin will make her debut on Season 22 of “DWTS” when it premieres on ABC Monday, March 21, at 8 p.m. EST.
