The official synopsis of “Game of Thrones” Season 5 episode 9 has supposedly leaked online, detailing developments. Another report talks about the possible deaths featured in the next two episodes. [Spoiler alert]

Paths of two major characters are set to cross soon, according to the synopsis of episode 9 leaked on TVGuide. Arya Stark runs into “someone from her past.” Some of the other events are said to be the return of Jon Snow to the Wall, Mace Tyrell visiting the Iron Bank, Stannis Baratheon facing a “difficult decision” and Daenerys watching a “celebration of athleticism.”

Episode 9 is said to be titled “The Dance of Dragons.” According to a report by WinterisComing, the familiar person that Arya meets in the episode is Meryn Trant, and the two characters are said to be heading for a “showdown.” The report points to previously leaked images from the set where Maisie Williams, who plays Arya, and Ian Beattie, who plays Meryn were seen on the same set.

A previous episode in “Game of Thrones” Season 5 showed how Meryn was sent with Mace Tyrell by Cersei Lannister to negotiate better terms with the Iron Bank. The leaked images also show Roger Ashton-Griffiths, who plays Mace.

The report speculates the difficult decision Stannis faces in the episode is whether to take his daughter along with him for battle. The little girl is said to face some danger due to a kidnapping by the Boltons or by Melisandre for a blood sacrifice to the Red God.

Episode 9 also may be the time when Drogon returns. The report suggests the official synopsis is hinting at the celebration of the reopening of the fighting pits, something the noble families of Meereen have been demanding for some time. According to the books, on which the TV series is based, Drogon will be attracted to the fighting pits. leading to chaos all around.

The report also speculates the “Game of Thrones” Season 5 finale may be called “For the Watch.” The episode is expected to focus on the story of Jon Snow and his troubles with the men of the Night’s Watch. The character’s future in the books, after being stabbed, currently is unknown.
