The PepsiCo Inc. Is discontinuing its Gatorade drink named Tiger Focus, a decision that has been in the works for months according to the Wall street Journal.

Tiger Woods has become center stage for the media after news erupted of his involvement in numerous extra-marital affairs with as many as 10 different women.

The decision to discontinue to the Tiger Woods' Tiger Focus drink came several months ago after sales volume for the year ended October was down 34 percent, the Associated Press reported citing Beverage Digest.

All Tiger Woods ads have been pulled from prime time television since November 29 which was shortly after the scandal broke according to monitoring data from Nielsen Co., which scans the prime-time, evening news, late-night and sports telecasts on major broadcast networks and 19 cable networks.

The Golf Channel isn't included in Nielsen's tracking.
