“Gotham” has yet to do a crossover with other superhero shows, but one of its lead stars, David Mazouz, who plays the young Bruce Wayne, has already come up with the perfect plan regarding how to merge their show with “The Flash.”

Mazouz narrated all the issues they need to confront first. “I feel like we could easily do a ‘Flash’ crossover, because he travels in time now. The biggest obstacle before ‘The Flash’ came out, when it was just ‘Arrow,’ was that ‘Gotham’ is set in the past and ‘Arrow’ was set in the present. We were not in the same time period, so how could we possibly do a crossover?” he told Movie Pilot.

Mazouz then said that the saving grace is Barry Allen’s time-travelling abilities. “Now that we know time travel was not only introduced, but widely used in the ‘Flarrowverse’ with ‘Legends of Tomorrow’ and ‘The Flash,’ it’s very plausible that a crossover could happen, because they could come back in time and visit ‘Gotham.’ I would totally support it. I’m a huge fan. I think that would be awesome,” he said.

Mazouz definitely has “The Flash” crossover all figured out, but the superhero he would love Bruce to meet is actually Superman. More specifically, Mazouz would love it if Bruce could interact with a young Clark Kent. “Clark Kent could take a boat across the bay and visit Gotham. I think that would be really cool,” he said.

The actor earlier told Cinema Blend that Bruce is now transitioning to become the Batman, but it’s going to be a rough experience for those who love him because he is going to embrace his evil side first. “Throughout this transformation he will be stripped of all of his morals and it will take a great deal of effort and time and support from his loving characters around him to get back on the right track,” he said.

With all these complications in Bruce’s life, he is definitely going to need all the help he can get from his butler, Alfred Pennyworth (Sean Pertwee). Alfred is not only Bruce’s guardian and friend, but he is also his moral compass.

“Gotham” airs every Monday at 8 p.m. EDT on Fox.
