Callie and Arizona will go head-to-head in episode 22 of “Grey’s Anatomy” in a fight so vicious, it will end up shredding their relationship and ripping their daughter apart.

In a sneak-peek video for the upcoming installment of the hit ABC series, titled “Mama Tried,” the feuding mothers attempt to settle their custody battle before it goes to trial. Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) narrates the heart-racing scene, comparing their fight to the Judgment of Solomon.

“There’s this Bible story ... two women claim to be the mother of the same child. King Solomon had to choose. Two mothers ... only one gets the kid,” she explains. “Solomon came up with a plan. He proposes a 50-50 split — literally. He offered to chop the kid in half.”

Meredith continues that the child is saved when one of the mothers relinquishes custody. “Or else they both stand their ground,” she adds.

And in the trailer for the forthcoming installment, both Callie (Sara Ramirez) and Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) refuse to budge regarding who gets to keep Sofia (Eva Ariel Binder), a decision that will ultimately result in their daughter getting hurt.

At first, Arizona hopes she and her ex can have scheduled visitation with Sofia every other week. But Callie shoots that suggestion down with a “hard no” before having her lawyer propose a new proposition — school breaks and summer.

“Their offer is insulting,” Arizona fires back.

Arizona’s lawyer warns her client that if she doesn’t settle, she could risk “losing it all.” “Only one of you is walking out of court with sole custody,” her attorney says, mimicking the storyline of Solomon.

But their pride and love for their daughter result in the two scorned parents being unable to compromise.

“We’ll see you in court,” Callie’s attorney tells the two, foreshadowing an ugly ending to their feud.

“Grey’s Anatomy” airs Thursdays at 8 p.m. EDT on ABC.
