Though it once seemed impossible, a group of “Grand Theft Auto Online” fans completed all the heist setups and finales in order, with the same players and without losing any lives. It wasn’t an easy task, but the team, which consisted of players Desert_Templar, DEVELISH12-9, KoingWolf, and Edub_1234, completed the feat, earning $12 million of in-game cash.

"It was the most fun I've had in ‘GTA Online’ ever and one of the most stressful challenges I've ever experienced in a video game,” user KoingWolf said in a “Grand Theft Auto” forum.

The ability to perform heists launched one week ago on March 10. New York City-based developer Rockstar encouraged players to participate in the Criminal Mastermind challenge, which rewarded crew members with $10 million. Heists were inundated with frequent server errors at launch, but Rockstar quickly addressed the bugs in a patch late last week.

Rockstar promised “GTA Online” players heists more than a year ago, but the ability to perform the elaborate missions didn’t reach the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Xbox 360 until months after the "GTA 5" reached the eighth-generation Xbox One and PlayStation 4. The action-adventure title will reach the PC in April; Rockstar delayed the release date from Jan. 27.
