Celebrate America’s birthday this Friday by playing “Grand Theft Auto Online.” Rockstar, the game’s developer, is hosting a “GTA Online Independence Day Special,” which begins today and runs until mid-July. Rockstar promises it will keep players updated on the specific expiration date of the exclusive seasonal content.

The special DLC will feature two new vehicles, the Sovereign motorcycle and the Liberator monster truck. Two new weapons will also be available – the high-powered Musket and the Firework Rocket Launcher.

Rockstar also added seven new properties to the Dynasty 8 rolls, featuring new locations in Paleto Bay and Vinewood Hills. These locations offer plenty of yard space to hold your own fireworks show, where you can use up to 12 varieties of fuse lengths to customize your own display.

The New York City-based developer also added two new amusement park rides at the Pleasure Pier – the Ferris Whale and the Leviathan Roller Coaster.

New clothing and personal features are also available in “GTA Online.” Players can don a “Made in the USA” T-shirt, a backward mullet or an eagle animal mask that celebrates our national bird.
