According to People magazine, in an interview on Ask Dr. Brandit on SiriusXM, Paltrow cites sleep as a major tool for maintaining her natural glow.
For me, sleep is a major thing, she said. I don't always get it, and when I don't, I look like I've been hit by a truck.
The actress is known for her stunning looks and youthful sheen.
She also says that lots of water, regular vitamin intake, and at least one cup of coffee with almond milk each morning help too.
Paltrow also is a fan of detoxes. She says she does the Clean Program twice a year. This process lasts for three weeks. I find it very rejuvenating, she said. It's like being high.
Paltrow maintains a healthy diet, but sometimes goes off the rails. Her guilty pleasures? French fries and wine.
It is doubtful that husband Chris Martin, lead singer of the band Coldplay, minds the indulgences.
When asked by CBS how he is handling the leap of married life he responded: It's a big leap? What, from being a loser to going out with an Oscar winner? It's a giant leap. Lets face it, it's like winning the lottery.
